A stir-fry might not seem like the kind of dish you need numbered instructions to make, but follow steps, you’ll have a meal far superior to the usual bunged together homemade efforts. Most of the dishes are one-pan wonders, it’s quick and easy to put together, helped by a step-by-step cook-along explanation. Follow the provided instructions or an Instagram video carefully and you will achieve the same delicate dish as Chef Song makes in his kitchen.

酱焗中式牛肋排

with marinated Black Angus short ribs, vegetable mix and dipping seasonings

With quail eggs, abalone, fish maw, prawns and mushroom mix.
Cooking time 6 minutes.

白萝卜炖牛腩

with braised beef brisket, carrots, daikon and broth
